General Guidelines
Appointment Booking:
- It is recommended to book your appointment in advance to minimize waiting time. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
- You can book appointments via phone, email, or in person at the hospital reception.
Arrival Time:
- Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration and initial procedures.
- Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of your appointment.
Identification:
- Carry a valid government-issued ID and any previous medical records or prescriptions for reference.
- For insured patients, bring your insurance card and relevant documents.
Payment Policy:
- All payments, including consultation fees, diagnostic charges, and other services, must be settled at the time of your visit.
- The hospital accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Diagnostic & Testing Services
Fasting Requirements:
- Certain diagnostic tests may require fasting. Please confirm the instructions while booking the appointment or consult your doctor.
Preparation for Imaging:
- For procedures such as MRI, CT scans, or X-rays, adhere to the preparation guidelines provided at the time of booking.
Test Results:
- The timeline for test results varies based on the type of diagnostic test. The staff will inform you of the expected delivery time.
Consultation & Medical Advice
OPD & IPD Consultations:
- Outpatient (OPD) consultations are provided based on the doctor’s availability. Inpatient (IPD) services will be managed as per the prescribed treatment plan.
- Follow-up appointments, if required, should be scheduled before leaving the hospital.
Emergency Cases:
- In the event of an emergency, immediate care will be prioritized. Patients with scheduled appointments may experience delays.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify the hospital at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Failure to inform may result in a cancellation fee.
Visitor Policy
- For patient comfort and privacy, visitors are restricted to designated visiting hours.
- Children under 12 years of age are discouraged from visiting patient wards.
COVID-19 & Health Safety Measures
- All visitors and patients must wear masks within the hospital premises.
- Follow social distancing and hygiene protocols as instructed by hospital staff.
- If you have symptoms of fever, cough, or respiratory issues, notify the hospital in advance for special arrangements.
Other Important Points
- The hospital reserves the right to modify appointment schedules, service availability, and visiting rules without prior notice.
- Any damage to hospital property by visitors or patients will be charged accordingly.
- In case of disputes, the hospital management’s decision will be final.
